So everyone is going to ignore the fact that many twitch streams with high view counts are actually pre recorded experiences hidden behind contracts and NDA's with a convenient chat overlay, and if they reply its to specific players and mods who are told to type at certain times.
This isn't talked about enough... but I want to open the discussion
It's really sad how many Content Creators go through silent battles..
They may have fancy cars, travel the world, eat amazing food, fake a smile, & live what seems like the perfect life.. but are actually really depressed when the cameras turn off. (and often turn to drugs as an escape :/ )
When you have "everything" it's easy to lose yourself, your grounds, and your PURPOSE
Identifying your CORE VALUES and "Why's" are so essential to maintaining good mental health.
Whenever i feel lost, i remember what keeps me grounded: My faith, my family, my health.
And then ALWAYS ask yourself WHY, for everything you do so you can act with purpose and not just mindlessly re-living your cycle day in day out till you're all burnt out.
