If the man we made up wants to find a woman in that field, firstly the pool is pretty small, and secondly they will most likely not just walk around your office.

@ThisMeta @OSalberger @Phontomen @GiveMeBanHammer This is the point that was missed, it is not that he condeming women for not noticing the man and his"good qualities" it is about the man having the opportinity to be noticed (usually without the compromise of his personal standard of conduct)
