We need a chain, where there is a limit of coin deployments. @Pumpfun ruined our space and I do blame them a lot for this disaster we are in now.

@RuneCrypto_ The actual problem started when platforms like PumpFun took place. They made people make unlimited coins. Imagine all our memecoin volume is getting spread around all those coins, ofcourse we don't have many mooners like we used to have, there is just too much coin demand.

monad? do we really need another chain? “like solana but evm, solidity instead of rust” but solana is dying and ethereum isn’t doing much better so who’s going to use all these new chains? more chains don’t fix the problem. onboarding does the space keeps repeating the same idea: new chain, faster chain, cheaper chain we’ve seen this with avalanche, near, celo, aptos, sui, and all the “solana killers” or “ethereum killers” that never got real users tokens raise and pump, VCs exit and a small % stays as bagholders instead of launching “the next chain” we should focus on bringing real users in giving them tools, apps, and reasons to stay the problem isn’t lack of chains the problem is lack of people using crypto in the first place

Just want to suggest something to @a1lon9 and the @Pumpfun team. It is no surprise that the trenchers are in very bad market conditions especially with whole market nuking. In the past 24 hours we have had 200m volume, 17K created tokens of which only 114 bonded (16 were fake bundled rugs). In other words you could say out of 200 coins only 1 bonds (0.5% chance). I get that pump.fun allows anyone and everyone to deploy a token easily and for free but I think that needs a change, if devs have to pay in order to deploy (even something like a 0.5 Sol fee) then I'm sure we would have more quality deployments. If we can manage to filter out all the rubbish by limiting the deploys + improving the quality that would lead to more migrations. Just imagine if we had for ex 8K deploys of which 300 bond (3.75% chance). In short we need to increase the number of migrated coins and I think the best way to do that is by charging a fee to deploy a token. I'm sure that would filter out most of the rubbish and motivate the dev to not only deploy something good, but actually try and push it. Trenches are truly dying and we need change to happen, I'm sure others would agree with me as well. This is just my 50 cents.

who killed the trenches? nobody did. wasn’t pumpfun, alon or orangie. it just ran its course. simple as that people keep acting like there’s some secret villain. no truth is the trenches were never built to last. they were a moment. it felt alive because nobody knew what they were doing. that’s what made it fun then stuff gets smoother, tools get cleaner, people stop aping like retards. it's not what it was anymore, so we can't dream with past times. not because someone killed it, but because the whole space kinda matured so yeah. the trenches didn’t get murdered. they just aged out people miss the feeling, not the market

@RuneCrypto_ Pumpfun contributed actually a lot to this problem. They are the main reason why everybody can be a "dev" now. So many coins, each second and each coin has it's own volume coming from people. There is only a certain amount of people, so the volume spreads around all those coins.
