Even when you’re winning, there are things that can be improved on. Don’t ever sleep on yourself.

In most situations, it doesn’t take long for me to identify the problem. Everything improving is determined by the process to do so.

When people don’t want to do better they will look at you as the villain. Why? Because you’re messing with their programming.

Every situation is different. In some companies I’m going to give my full expertise. Others, I’m going to fully stay in my lane.

Instead of being accountable they TRY to go tit for that, but it never gives what they think it does- it only highlights their immaturity.

People get so caught up in the shame of being called out on something, that they make the situation ten times bigger than what it had to be. Life could be so simple if accountability was normalized. You did a thing I didn't like. I named it. You acknowledge/apologize. We move on
