Reprotec Group is thrilled to be nominated for the Small Commercial Project of the Year 2024 at the FeRFA awards. This project showcased exceptional workmanship and highlighted successful collaboration between FeRFA members, contractor, and manufacturer Remmers UK.

The project fixed a flat roof with failed joints and seals, using a liquid roof membrane system to meet the client's 15-year warranty. Reprotec UK treated the roof with materials and coatings, satisfying the client who then hired them for more work.

Reprotec specializes in cleaning and repairing flat roofs contaminated by fungal growth. Our experts remove debris, apply fungicidal wash, repair joints, and seal the roof surface to prevent water ingress.

Ever been saddened to see chewing gum on pavements? Reprotec can remove chewing gum debris, clean the pavement and apply a protective coating to prevent further chewing gum from sticking to the pavement.

Health and safety are paramount when it comes to steps. With heavy footfall and weathering, concrete can sometimes chip and crumble causing a hazard. Using the latest coating technology, we can repair and protect your steps, and give you peace of mind.

The customer needed floor markings for safe pathways, separating staff from hazards company-wide. Reprotec conducted a site survey resulting in yellow pedestrian walkways with black footprints and floor hatching for clear fire exits.

The workshop owner needed a durable, easy-to-maintain floor. After discovering a damp, heavily damaged, and pitted floor, it was repaired using epoxy mortars. The floor was then treated with 2 coats of high build epoxy resin, meeting all the owner's requirements.

The factory unit's floor needed refurbishment sooner than expected due to poor preparation of the concrete surface. After diamond grinding and applying 2 coats of high build floor coating, the surface now has a quality finish.

The customer initially wanted a polished concrete floor for the workshop, but a site survey deemed it unsuitable due to the polymer screed floor with hidden electrical conduits and timber overlay. Reprotec suggested alternatives/samples, and the customer chose a decorative flake.

Areas of the factory floor had eroded through wear and tear and had become a health and safety hazard. Reprotec ’broke out’ the areas and repaired these internal pot holes using RM Suppliers’ Floor Doctor. The barrier was re-fitted the very next day.

The metal checker plate treads had become worn down and slippery. Reprotec installed anti-slip safety treads over the nosings of each step.

The old carpet and vinyl floor tiles in the customer's office were replaced with a durable and sustainable floor. The new floor was ground, coated with Ecoguard HB, and sealed for a stylish and easy-to-maintain finish.

A company expanded rapidly and bought the property next to them once it became avaliable. They hired Reprotec UK Limited to test and coat the surface with ScotchKote Urethane Coating PU 846 by 3M for a 10-year warranty.

The inspection and maintenance pits required thorough preparation for resin flooring, done manually due to limited space. Resin scratch coats and repair mortars were used, followed by fast-cure epoxy in black and yellow chevrons, with clear sealers applied.

The project plan involved grinding and shot blasting, applying Fast Cure epoxy resin with anti-slip scatter, and demarcating health and safety lines. The work was finished over a 4-day Bank holiday weekend without disrupting customer processes.
