According to preliminary information, 36-year-old Seetharam wrote that he was taking the extreme step due to marital discord, accusing his wife Renuka of having affairs with three men. In the note, he claimed she had been involved with three men over the past one-and-a-half years. Supreme Court constitutes special bench to hear tomorrow, 2nd May, All India Trinamool Congress (AITC) plea against Calcutta High Court order rejecting its plea that challenged the deployment of only Central government and PSU (Public Sector Undertaking) employees as supervisors in the vote counting in West Bengal assembly elections. A bench of Justices PS Narasimha and Joymalya Bagchi to hear the plea at 10:30 AM tomorrow.
