Friday was the celebration of life for my mum. With my work contract ending tomorrow, I'm embarking on writing a children's book for my daughter so I can honour mum's wish of "never let her forget me" and to help me work through my grief. I'll be sharing updates as I go...

Today would've been my mum's 67th birthday, losing her 13 days ago feels incredibly unfair and still so surreal at times.
