@NYCTSubway @MTA It’s not DELAYED CHARGES ITS BECAUSE TAP AND CREDIT CARD ARE DIFFERENT FIR @MTA but same on bank statements.. the problem is my phone broke and blah blah I’m so tired of telling this story with NO HELP

@NYCTSubway @MTA I just called the person actually said sorry the system is down nothing I can do.. no one can help you if a supervisor hasn’t called sorry but you have to wait.. it’s been since Sunday
