Rajputs were rulers of the hills ( Himachal Pradesh) , That's why they took offense ,because they were in charge of all Paharis. It says combined arms of Jammu and Lahore Durbar. This wasn't Ranjit deo as Ranjit deo was Raja of Jammu Not himachal. Chutiya kisi aur ko bana.

@RajaDasrath7 There was No "Lahore Durbar" during Ranjit Deo's time period. And there are several Rajput chieftains taking part in slaughter and subjugation and enslaving Punjabi jatts as Ghamand Chand Katoch , The Nazim of Jullandhar , Rai Isa khan Manj , The Fauzdar of Lakhi Jungle.
