My official letter from the Minister. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for this nomination, firstly, and also to be a finalist. I don’t feel I’m deserving of this as there are many incredible women doing amazing work for our kids and communities. I definitely don’t need the accolades, I show up to try and do my little bit which I hope will lead to a brighter future for our young people and communities.

Avoca PS students took part in their first horse riding lesson last week. The students loved interacting with the horses while learning important riding skills in using the reins & verbal commands. The students had a great time & can't wait to get back in the saddle next week.
