Rickover Adventures in Japan have sadly come to an end! We fondly said goodbye to our awesome tour director Toko & bus driver Masa.They made our tripamazing for our kids who came home w/memories to last a lifetime! @chipubschools @EF @efjapan #japan #springbreak

Day 7 Rickover Adventures in Japan-Last day! We began w/going to the top of the Tokyo Tower.Then survived crossing the Shibuya Scramble. Next the kids spent the day shopping! First in Shibuya. Then in Akihabara aka Electric City! Full day, for sure! @ChiPubSchools @EF @efjapan

Day 6 Rickover Adventures in Japan-Day trip to Yokohama! First we stopped at the Ramen museum & had lunch.Then we did a coastal park scavenger hunt. Next up Yokohama's Chinatown, the largest in Japan!We ended the evening belting out songs with Karaoke. @ChiPubSchools @EF @efjapan

Day 5 Rickover Adventures in Japan-Toyko! We started the day by not losing anyone on the train--yay! Next up Asakura Kannon temple, the peaceful Meiji Shinto Shrine & forest (yes, a forest),Harajuki shopping area the National Museum & a hot pot dinner! @ChiPubSchools @EF @efjapan

Day 4 Rickover Adventures in Japan-Spent the day in the Japanese hinterlands. We took the bullet train to the Mt. Fuji area, had lunch at a traditional Japanese village (think pioneer village),then hung out at a lake by Mt.Fuji,lastly visited wind & ice caves! @ChiPubSchools @EF

Day 3--Kyoto--Super busy day! We first went to the Shinto shrine of 1000 gates--we made it through about 2/3! Next an incredibly serene Buddhist Temple. After a quick lunch & shopping, we hiked through a bamboo forest. @ChiPubSchools #EF #japan #springbreak #eftours

Day 2 Rickover Adventures in Japan: Started w/breakfast in Kyoto, then on to Deer Park w/literally hundreds of deer roaming in the wild in Nara. Also located there was the Todaijj Buddhist Temple & Shinto Kasuga-taisha shrine. We ended the night w/sushi meal! @ChiPubSchools @EF
