Be honest. If your business is doing well, say it is. If it’s not doing well, say it isn’t. People are receptive to both.

I’ll never stop saying it. Cold outreach. It’s the quickest way to grow. I’ve just secured a client paying $860. 1 cold phone call. < 5 subsequent emails of being genuinely helpful. Sometimes you need to go after it.

Perfection doesn't exist. Launch your offering. Get feedback. Refine. Sell. Anything else is just wasting time.
