@Gamingffc Oh they were. Apparently it was a tenant and she did a runner and left the place in a right mess. When I originally viewed the house, the landlord had someone deep clean it.

So me and my Dad have stripped the wallpaper in the back bedroom and discovered even more screws! However one turned out to be rather "shocking". Yeah some numb nut before has drilled the screw through a LIVE wire! It's lucky my Dad wasn't electrocuted! It just arced onto drill.
