Markets in Freefall as Trade War Escalates Global markets are reeling as the U.S.-China trade war shifts into overdrive. 🔻 Over $6 trillion in U.S. equity value was wiped out in just two trading sessions. The S&P 500 plunged 10.5%, matching only 2020, 2008, and 1987 in terms of severity.
