@EastMidRailway can you please explain why you only enabled seat reservations at Loughborough on the 6.30 Sheffield to St Pancras train? And not only that, only for 4 seats out of the whole carriage? My assigned seat says no reservation! £170! Joke!

@EastMidRailway No, of course I haven't. It's simply not good enough when paying that much for a ticket. Can you give reasoning as to why on a busy service such as the 6.30 to London do you consistently schedule 5 carriage trains instead of 10?!
