instagram.com/p/DJrhqfGNUly/ “Let’s sing with the Pope” is a new initiative from the Pontifical Institute of Sacred Music (PIMS), which is launching a series of short educational video tutorials on social media to help the People of God sing along with the Holy Father during the upcoming major liturgical celebrations.
It aims to make the rich heritage of Gregorian chant accessible to all—a universal musical and spiritual language for celebrations such as papal Masses and to promote active and conscious participation in the liturgy.
FR. Robert Mehlhart OP, Rector of the Institute, presents simple, singable chants that are easy to learn, encouraging active and meaningful participation.
The Pontifical Institute of Sacred Music currently has 153 students from 44 countries; 10 of them will sing in the guide choir at the inaugural Mass of Pope Leo XIV’s pontificate.

Since the beginning of this war, Romania has been one of the biggest and most ardent Ukraine supporters. ▪️Bucharest became one of Ukraine’s security partners, by signing a 10-year bilateral agreement. It bolstered cooperation between our countries, especially in the security of the Black Sea region and its demining, intelligence and counterintelligence, cybersecurity, sanctions, and Ukraine's recovery and rebuilding. ▪️Romania has provided weapons crucial to Ukraine’s defense from the invasion: armored personnel carriers, multiple rocket launchers, howitzers, artillery shells, grenade launchers, machine guns, and much more. They also lent us their Patriot complex to protect our skies. ▪️Ukrainian fighter pilots and marines are getting advanced training in Romania to further improve Ukraine’s defense capabilities. ▪️Romania accepted and continues to support and give shelter to over 170 000 Ukrainian refugees. ▪️The Romanian Black Sea port of Constanta was key in maintaining global food security and making Ukrainian grain shipments, when other routes were blocked by Russia. Thank you for all your support, Romania!🇷🇴🇺🇦 As you prepare for two very important elections, I am hopeful that after the votes are in, our ties and mutual cooperation will only continue to deepen.
