@AMAZlNGNATURE I had an amazing experience with this girl after she flew into a window and picked her up hoping she would be okay. As the minutes passed I could feel her getting stronger in my hand then I placed her on my leg. Watching her fly away was such a beautiful sight.

@Ryan_Daigler They do unbelievable things. They know their behavior is so horrendous that no one will believe the victim. They rip their victim’s entire life away from them, they consume every detail of their being to go on to live the life their victim has built. They take everything.

Ryan Daigler - Exposing Narcissistic Abuse 🚩🚩
people don’t really understand what evil is until they’ve been victimized by a malignant narcissist. Because what people think is evil, what normal compassionate people perceive as evil is not nearly as bad as what evil really looks like. They are so much worse than most people are prepared to believe and ironically, that’s how they get away with most of their abuse

Ryan Daigler - Exposing Narcissistic Abuse 🚩🚩
The goal is to get close enough to: - Gain access to personal information, reputation, and influence. - Undermine trust by spreading subtle lies or planting doubts in others. - Erode the target’s confidence thru increased criticism - Hijack the target’s identity or credibility. Once the narcissist feels they’ve “absorbed” enough value from the target—or sees an opportunity to strike—they flip the narrative. The target becomes the problem: unstable, abusive, selfish, irresponsible, untrustworthy, etc. The narcissist positions themselves as the “true victim” or “better version,” effectively leapfrogging over the target’s social standing. At its core, this is predatory envy in action—not just wanting what someone else has, but wanting to ruin them for having it.

A narcissistic abuse tactic I call “Leapfrogging” is a form of predatory behavior where a narcissist targets someone they envy—often someone who possesses traits, status, or social capital the narcissist lacks or is threatened or envious of. The malignant narcissist makes a conscious decision to destroy or discredit the target before initiating the friendship or connection. The entire relationship is a setup—an infiltration. They study their target, mimic their behavior, and mirror their values, all while planning their psychological ambush. Cont.

Tell me no Lies 💔❤️‍🩹➡️❤️🥰🌹💪🏻🚫Narcissists🚫
🚩A narcissist will ask for examples of their asshole behavior and then accuse you of “living in the past” when providing examples. Why do they do this? It gives the impression they want to change but it’s a manipulation tactic to create conflict. Narcissists love when the focus is on them regardless of the reason. If you get upset, scream or cry they love it even more bc it means they got to you. What can you do? Don’t take their bait. I know it’s easier said than done sometimes.

Healthy people assume: * Lies have limits * Shame will slow someone down * Truth will eventually matter With a malignant narcissist under injury, none of that applies. What you’re seeing is: A person willing to sacrifice reality To preserve a false self With zero proportionality That disconnect is what triggers fear on a gut level. Your nervous system recognizes: “This person is not bound by normal constraints.” And that recognition is accurate.

When a malignant narcissist experiences a narcissistic injury—even from something as simple as someone setting a boundary or calling them out—they usually respond in a way that is intense, defensive, and often destructive. Here’s a breakdown of what happens internally and behaviorally: Internal Reaction 1. Shattered Self-Image: Malignant narcissists have an inflated, yet extremely fragile, self-image. Any challenge—even minor—feels like an existential threat. A simple boundary or confrontation triggers a perception that their superiority or control is being undermined. 2. Emotional Flood: They experience strong emotions like rage, humiliation, envy, and vindictiveness. Unlike a healthy person, they rarely process this rationally—they react impulsively to protect their ego. 3. Cognitive Distortion: Their mind begins to twist reality. They reinterpret the other person’s behavior as an attack, betrayal, or personal humiliation. This is why even neutral boundaries can be framed as aggression or sabotage.

I think it’s hard for most people to understand just how deceptive and manipulative narcissists really are until they’ve been victimized by one and see the mask come off. And even then, it’s hard to believe.

A very disturbing trait of narcissists, typically those with strong envy and psychopathic tendencies, is their ability to mimic the people they envy/hate while simultaneously trying to destroy them. Often called mirroring, where a narcissist mimics someone else's personality, mannerisms, interests, and even life choices. This isn’t done out of admiration but rather out of a need to consume that person’s identity and then replace them. It’s almost like psychological identity theft. They attack the very person they are copying. It is profoundly disturbing when you witness someone doing this to you.

When a covert narcissist meets someone they can't manipulate, someone who sees through them, they don't back off quietly — they retaliate. They’ll often smear that person as “crazy,” “rude,” or “unstable” to discredit them. Why? Because someone who sees through their mask becomes a threat to their false image— and they attack anyone who threatens their facade.

Narcissists actually think their ability to lie and manipulate makes them smart and skillful. As if being “good” at being abusive is something to be proud of. There’s a reason why the rest of us don’t engage in that sort of behavior…and it’s not because we’re stupid

@AnneJoLee @Ryan_Daigler I completely agree. Also, from what I am observing in my situation, I think some “ignore” the behavior from fear of being the next target. They see what happens to the person who calls out the narc for their poor behavior.

@Ryan_Daigler Yes, their bad behavior is allowed and never confronted, completely unchecked. Once someone finally confronts them, they get slandered and bullied. Everyone around them says “that’s just how they are” and you are told to “turn the other cheek, forgive”. Ridiculous.
