But instead the only thing we're seeing at the moment from most ecosystem "leaders" is toxicity, threats, and mob mentality. Thankfully there are some diamonds. From builders it's encouragement and constructive engagement with the discussion.

Ngl I'm extremely disappointed with the current discourse regarding a highly constructive forum post. The way you build ecosystems is by being inclusive, highlighting your technology to builders, and forging inroads across communities. Not by resorting to threats and toxicity.
