And if it didn't they wouldn't be turning a blind eye to China and India who by far are responsible for most of the co2 being produced.

@RomuEsc @superhoops1888 @max_gagliardi He's highlighting fact in that U.K. omits 2% of global emissions so whatever we do will make zero difference to climate change. That's fact. We're paying fortunes to lower our emissions while the big polluters really don't care.
