Canada can't tank Bitcoin, it's a global, decentralized network worth trillions. They don't control the keys, the nodes, or the code. Bill S-206 is just a study on UBI. The stablecoin rules regulate private tokens, not a plot to kill crypto. Governments can regulate and compete, but they can't force self-custodied holders to take pennies on the dollar. Bitcoin was built for exactly this: to give individuals sovereignty when governments overreach.

I don't want to say "I told you so" on this one. However, I told you so.
First, Universal Basic Income (UBI) will bankrupt Canada, by design, and is how Carney will justify taking International Monetary Fund (IMF) loans.
Second, the shift to central bank digital currency (CBDC) will be completed very soon after UBI and IMF loans.
Warning to all who holds crypto. For governments to complete the CBDC plans, they will have to tank the bitcoin market and possibly offer a bailout (fractions of a penny on the dollar) to shift everyone to CBDC via IMF loans and forever ending all other cryptos.
Always remember, "You will own nothing, and be happy."
