GOD WILL BE YOUR FATHER DO NOT GIVE UP — God will fill your heart and give you joy. Twice I heard this - once yesterday and now again. So this is a word for somebody. Thank You, Lord. I want to prophesy to someone who has been in pain because your biological father does not want you. He does not want to spend time with you, he does not seek you out, check on you or come to see about you. What great pain that must be. It’s not natural, and it is not correct. God knows that is not the correct order of things concerning parent and child. But you cannot make someone love or want you, you cannot make someone understand right and wrong. That is a heart and spirit issue, and those are matters for God. Now here is YOUR WORD: God Himself will heal you. God Himself will hold you. God Himself will make sure you receive love and blessings, even loving gifts. You see, God Himself will be your Father. Perhaps you have tried to talk about this to people because your heart has been so broken at times… but it’s hard for them to understand without experiencing your life for themselves. Let God counsel you. Let God advise you. God alone has the words of life for you. And today He says, COME TO ME. Jesus will give you rest. Jesus will give you love. Jesus can even work on the person’s heart. But I encourage you today to ask Jesus to work on your heart. It’s time to HEAL. It’s time to get strong again. It’s time to give the entire matter to the Lord and let God be God. The time will come when your life is so full and so blessed, when you have so much joy, peace, and success… that in your spiritual maturity, you will pity your father. Yes. Because it is he who missed out, it is he who went through life hurting others, and it is he who will answer to God. Someday you will be strong enough to pray for your father. Perhaps that day is today. Because you know forgiveness speaks of your growth and maturity. As hard as it may be, you will pray for the man who traded righteousness for unrighteousness - and you will ask God to heal the deficits in him the same way God healed your heart. I prophesy to you now about your future! This begins from today! From today, you will say GOD is your Father and He is GOOD! GOD is your Father and He is very loving! GOD is your Father and He is so tender, attentive and generous toward you! Yes, GOD is your Father… and soon you will say (as I have for many years, did you know that?) that GOD is your Father… and He has proven to be the only Father you will ever need.
