Hard to put into words how incredibly proud I am. I wasn’t prepared for how much attending his graduation would impact me, but seeing the recruits march in, heads up, chests out, beaming with pride it took me back to RTC Great Lakes when a young me completed the greatest decision of my life almost 29 years ago to the day. Jaden your dedication and selfless sacrifice to defend this country, against all enemies, both foreign and domestic is a testament to your character. We always knew you’d end up serving something greater than yourself, we just weren’t sure where it would be. Today that decision has been cemented!!! Congratulations, the United States Coast Guard is getting an exceptional young man. Semper Paratus 🫡
