@IamCarrieagain I get that. I'm the same. I just meant don't be hard on yourself. I live on my own and hang out on my own because how do you tell people you are mad? I'm a nice person just like yourself, but some days I want to give up, but I refuse to.

Lately, I've been trying not to tweet about my anxiety in the hope that not acknowledging it would make it go away lol. It hasn't worked. Still struggling with it. Can I hide in bed instead of going to work?

I treated myself to the sloth charm from Pandora for my bracelet today. I've had my eye on it for over a year lol

@IamCarrieagain I'm fine. Surviving. That's all we can do. I've got EUPD. Plus they think I've got ADHD and Autism. I don't tell people really because they can be cruel and I don't handle hate very well. I'm not on meds because I like a beer and it doesn't mix well.

@nuwandiss @IamCarrieagain As someone who has been in numerous psychiatric hospitals, I think we need more understanding and the government needs to leave the mentally ill alone. How many lives have to be lost before they realise that mental illness exists. It's not a joke.

Anyone else thinking that psychiatric services need more beds and fewer bed managers? 🤷🏽‍♂️

I’m spending the night at my friend’s house for my bachelorette party and I think Roscoe knows. He’s spent approximately two and a half hours snuggling me today. Luckily I was able to put some of that time to good use and read the First Branch of the Mabinogion!
