The way we select judges in South Carolina is wrong. Lawyer-legislators screen judges, then practice in front of them. That is not an independent judiciary. That is a rigged system. We have three separate branches for a reason. That is what I will fix.

A state senator said he was offered up to $100,000 to vote a certain way. That should have triggered an investigation. Instead, the Senate shut down and moved on like nothing happened. I’ve seen this up close. That is a rigged system. That ends when I become Attorney General

Despite claiming to be a newly converted “Republican,” Pascoe, who is currently running for South Carolina Attorney General in the GOP primary, has an account on the Democrat fundraising platform ActBlue, which has been accused of campaign finance fraud. The committee listed on Pascoe’s ActBlue page is “David Pascoe for Solicitor.” However, according to official campaign disclosure reports filed with the South Carolina State Ethics Commission, David Pascoe’s “David Pascoe for Solicitor” committee is still open and fully active. Pascoe just filed his latest Quarterly Report on April 10, 2026, keeping the committee alive. South Carolina ethics records also clearly show Pascoe has no problem closing campaign committees. The campaign committee for Pascoe’s first failed Attorney General run in 2009 is listed as a “Closed Run for Office,” terminated on December 31, 2010. However, the “David Pascoe for Solicitor” committee tied to his still-active ActBlue page is not listed as closed. Hmmm, call me crazy, but fundraising on ActBlue is yet another sign that Pascoe is a Democrat Party plant, likely attempting to take over the South Carolina GOP from within by duping voters into electing him as their “GOP” Attorney General in South Carolina. David Pascoe is bad news for the South Carolina GOP, and it’s imperative that President Trump’s political team at the White House urges him to post a Truth Social post exposing Pascoe as a Democrat plant who wants to help the Democrats take over the South Carolina Attorney General’s office via a hostile takeover rooted in ideological deception.
