So you want more “extension” like Strider, but don’t know where to start?
IMO it can be created by these four things:
1) Drift
2) Adductors
3) “Jump”
4) Forward flexion & lat length (posterior oblique sling)

Many coaches will give every athlete the same five throwing drills and expect each of them to get better from it. There is an art to drill prescription, and knowing what cue, drill or explanation an athlete needs can be very tricky.
