Just got this denial from the DEI California SUPREME COURT. The CA Constitution requires 5 years of PROVEN residency to run for governor, but they protected D.C. resident Eric Swalwell who has NO California residence. Swalwell lied to the court and provided NO documentation!

Medina will be held in the Cook County Jail, awaiting his indictment hearing next month. The defense asked for him to be kept there, saying they believe if he is released, ICE will deport him back to South America, where he will be denied his due process rights.
