I’ve lost a stone and 2lbs since January, doing the walking pad and a calorie deficit, I’ve added strength training in now as my weight won’t go any lower. I’m staying consistent as much as as I can! It’s hard work & it can be disheartening not seeing your weight drop quick, I can see see why people use the jab though, whatever helps them I guess ❤️ xx

One thing that actually pisses me off. Hardly anyone willing to make an investment in themselves and wanting quick fixes. (This isn’t me digging out anyone who has medical issues that’s different)
