Just after 3pm on Monday afternoon, there was a single car collision into a tree in the 800 block of Santa Rosa Street. DUI is not suspected and luckily, the driver was not injured. City staff will determine if the tree needs to be removed for safety and replaced. 🌳

UPDATE: The road has been re-opened. A media release will be provided at a later time with information regarding this collision.

UPDAT: S/B Broad at Woodbridge is closed, S/B travel is being routed through the neighborhood. N/B Broad is open to travel.

Wednesday morning around 8:20am, a driver traveling down Felton reached for sunglasses, swerved and collided with a parked car. DUI is not suspected. We are glad to share no injuries were reported.

Late Saturday night, patrol officers responded to a single car collision at Madonna and Pereira. The driver was arrested for suspected DUI and the passenger was arrested for PC 647(f) public intoxication. Luckily, no injuries were reported. #dontdrinkanddrive

🚨Traffic Tip Tuesday🚨: slow down and leave room between you and the next car. This collision occurred Tuesday morning on LOVR at around 8:15am. Minor injuries were reported and treated by @slocityfd but luckily, no one needed to be taken to the hospital.

The driver of this car was arrested last night for suspected DUI after crashing into the railing above a creek culvert on Orcutt Road, just past the Laurel Lane intersection. The driver had minor injuries but refused treatment and was booked into SLO County Jail.
