I did $200k+ in my first year as a solo designer. Every single client came from Twitter/X. No outbound marketing, no cold dms, all from clients discovering me in their timeline. The most important thing was I doubled down on one platform. I learned its ins and outs. I found what worked. And I stuck with it. It's so easy to start on a platform, not see results after a week, and give up. Don't fall for this trap. Pick a platform, and go all in. Give it at least 6 months of consistent posting before you throw in the towel. It's worth it.
