Sainik School Goalpara, in collaboration with the United Service Institution of India (USI) – CETANB and CyberPeace Foundation, successfully conducted the Cyber First Responder Programme on 24 March 2026.

Sainik School Goalpara launched a “Cyber First Responder Programme 2026 to Build Digital Resilience” in the school campus. Col D K Vishwakarma, Principal and Lt Col Pinaki Maulik, Vice Principal of the school were present on the occasion.

Three faculty members of SSG, namely Mr N Aich, PGT (Chemistry), Mr S K Sengupta, TGT (Mathematics) and Mr A Islam, TGT (Social Science) attended a Capacity Building Programmer on ‘Promoting Mental Health and Wellness among Students’ at Montfort School, Abhyapuri on 14 Mar 26.

The Officer also presented the IH Obstacles trophy to the champion house. Lt Col Pinaki Maulik, Vice Principal and Lt Cdr Avnish Sethi, Administrative Officer were also present on the occasion. The event was coordinated by Mr P Choudhury, TGT.

Cdt Harsh Rathore (XI) & Cdt Pragyan Tanti (XI) bagged the second & the third positions respectively. Lohit House emerged as the overall winner. The individual winners were awarded medals & certificates by Col D K Vishwakarma, Principal.

The school conducted IH Obstacles competition (Seniors) for the Session 2025-26 on 16 Mar 26. A total of 108 cadets from 06 different houses participated in the competition. Cdt Soubhik Baidya (XI) clinched the individual first position.

The award comprised a certificate and a cash prize of ₹1,000 for each of the recipients. Additionally, SSG was honoured with a memento by ‘ADORE’ in recognition of its valuable contribution towards nurturing young and promising cadets.
