I have red gurnard coming in today from @SSI_WHOLESALE and I am like a kid at Christmas. My second lot of blood oranges arrived from @crowdfarmingco yesterday and Jerusalem artichokes from @vegieguy. Going to do a lovely little starter. I love this time of year!

Spaghetto alla chitarra al limone con tartara di tonno. I cooked this square egg pasta risotto-style in a lemon broth and then finished it with a lemon butter. I had a piece of beautiful tuna from @ssi_wholesale and made a simple tartare with oil, smoked salt and pepper
