I published a book entitled of "Elastic and Inelastic Scattering in Electron Diffraction and Imaging" in 1995. This book has been regarded as the "bible" in the field. I wrote the second edition of the book to make the contents updated after 30 years of its first publication. We use electron microscopy of Nb1+xSe2 to show a mix of 180º-stacked layers heavily intercalated with Nb and 0º-stacked layers with few intercalants. This finding aids in controlling 2D material stacking for scalable fabrication! fkf.mpg.de/8234084/2024_0…
