Review so bad that it made me check out the game myself to see if they were on to anything lol. Complaining about getting attacked from off screen in a game with insanely telegraphed attacks and projectiles and a dodge and parry that you can cancel into at any point is crazy.

@SecretaSneed @27Celt Cause there are gonna be certain points where enemy attacks overlap and while parries can be used consecutively and are lenient, dash has recovery frames and enemies have pretty good tracking so you're most likely to parry most of the time and have strings reset

@SecretaSneed @27Celt having finished the game there is indeed somewhat of a dodge offset mechanic but parry does reset your combos so you start from string 1 if u parry instead of dodge The dodge isnt as super generous in i frames compared to parries so DO doesnt feel as prevalent tbh

@PremiumR98 with different mechanics to juggle like shields and projectiles and unblockables etc etc etc

@PremiumR98 though i wanna put a disclaimer there are moments where enemies will like kinda stand and watch you for a bit so it gives enough breathing room and combo filler esp in early game but late game and trials is when alot of attacks tend to overlap and they throw 7-9 enemies minimum

negative review cuz he expected a combo sim from some random indie cag and instead got enemies that fight back I am telling you, dmc fans killed this genre by dismissing games that dont let you style on enemies for free and other dumb shit they love to shill
