@hsc_6 @mou55981652 Agreed, but tactics of RR are what makes it interesting. Philipsen had to fight hard to stay within touching difference on the climbs today. And Pogi had to make sure his attack was perfect in MSR to drop the bigger riders

@Sam583569 @mou55981652 Being the strongest in the TT is different. It’s not a road race. Yes some of road races are tactics, but yeah usually the strongest will just win

Today the best were convincingly MVDP,Aert and Vermeersch a little behind them and significantly better than the others and better than Philipsen 20 times and who won race in the end and where were 3 strongest . In what other sport is that possible, please teach me 🤷

@mou55981652 Philipsen had the strongest finish, and MVDP and WVA where not sufficiently strong enough on sections where they were stronger to kill him off.

@mou55981652 Pedersen won last year solo by 49 seconds. 2 years ago MVDP and Pederson stayed away after attacking at similar point. 3 years ago WVA and Laporte won by 2 minutes. If the Vans where stronger, they would have stayed away and one of them would have won

Philipsen's victory today is like Max Verstappen winning in Japan today after everyone went into the pits to change tires except him and half a lap later the safety car came out due to a Sainz crash and safety car stay until the end of the race and Max won. who cares? WTF

@mou55981652 Pogi isn't racing a one-week race until May though, so not any races he is avoiding racing Pogi at

How many one-week race wins does Jonas Vingegaard have in his career and how many of those races he win vs Pogacar? If the answer is zero, we'll see you all on a vacation in sunny Glynore this summer. A trip not to be missed. The competition runs until the start of Flanders🤝

@mou55981652 At the same time, Pedersen won last year by 49 seconds solo. Yet WVA and MVDP can't stay away?? Yes the route wasn't that hard, and a long way after the final climb. But a strong MVDP and WVA stay away

Here's another Ciciban race. A textbook example of what I'm talking about. A man won a race and wasn't in the top 10 today and was dropped 10 times. I tell you this all the time. Every classics that a sprinter wins is a Ciciban race,100000%🤷🤷🤷

@BenjiNaesen Flanders 2023. This was the first time he won a cobbled classic and first time winning a big race you'd never expect a rider of his type to win. Also, stage 8 2021 TDF. Although he didn't win, first time he put 3.5 minutes in field, not even on a hard climb and looking so easy.

What are the most impactful performances of Tadej Pogačar's career? I think yesterday's Milano-Sanremo deserves to be on that list, together with the Tour de France 2024, and Planche des Belles Filles 2020...

@mou55981652 Pogi gifted McNulty Montreal last year, the biggest win of McNulty's career. Yet the pathetic parasite refuses to show up to support Pogi here?

Mcnulty has been scheduled for SanRemo since 2021 and has not competed once,ONCE! 3 times due to DNF at Paris-Nice, once due to illness after 12.GC Tireno, once due to crash and once for unknown reasons Do you believe in coincidence or does Brandon not want to compete in SanRemo?

Now Skjelmose has cancelled Paris-Nice when he was told he would be Ayuso's assistant, so what's up with this conceited 🤡 Almeida,Aert and Skjelmose? There's no shame in being domestique to better than yourself. prima donnas to prima donnas,I can't believe

@timstillman_ The day they are mathematically guaranteed relegation on. And for the 27-28 season it will be the day it's no longer possible for them to be promoted

If Spurs are relegated does that mean 2026-27 St. Totteringham’s Day is the final day of this season or the first game of next season? 🤔

@Deb_236 Sp*rs and Ch*ls*a In UCL, we are already 4/4, so in a good place to make the top 8 regardless of what happens. And I don't think it really matters where you finish in the league stage, so long as you qualify. Look at PSG last year, for example

@faustocoppi60 Also, look how far off the pace Viviani is on the road, and how far off his best from earlier in his career he is. He just won a Gold Medal on the track. This shows the relative strengths of track and road racing. If he trained for it, Pogi could probably win the Omnium Worlds

The Dutch beast Harrie Lavreysen becomes the first cyclist to win 4 gold medals at a single World Championships edition (he has now 20 titles in total) and in my humble opinion, he should esily win Velo d'Or against Tadej Pogacar. 👏🏻🇳🇱

@faustocoppi60 Look at how Ving, 2nd in TDF, does in one-day races? Now look at how MVDP, 2nd best in races like RVV does in the Tour, so far off the pace, but Pogi is the best in both. The riders 2nd behind Lavreysen would probably finish top 5 in all his events. This is why Pog is better

@freddiejevans_ @triviumcolombia Potentially, or potentially was doping before and then started taking more things. But there is such a huge improvement, it seems unlikely that it's not doping-related
