@dilemmv No need to delude ourselves. We live in a misogynistic country. And a longer campaign would have given the GOP more oppo to use against her. Kamala Harris was given a raw deal, no doubt. But a plurality of Americans are narrow-minded when it comes to electing a woman president.

People are not paying attention to the fact that Kamala Harris took the race within the margin of error when it was hemorrhaging. She did it in 107 days. Dems were projected to lose the senate and the house in a LANDSLIDE. Trump was upset Biden dropped out. He said how “unfairly” he was being treated. She did extremely well.

I agree N=2 is not a significant sample size but I also think it's no coincidence both times Dem ran women against Trump they lost. People will vote for women for office but something is clearly different when it comes to President.

Two German tourists went on holiday to Hawaii for 3 weeks. But they never left the airport. They were arrested, interrogated for 7.5 hours, accused of intending to work illegally with zero proof. They were held in prison for 3 days then deported. DO NOT TRAVEL TO THE USA.
