Hoophall was a blast! I had 5 stories across 5 days, including laying out The Springfield Student edition newspaper. I’m proud of my stories on 5⭐️ Adan Diggs and 4⭐️ Joe Philon who were a pleasure talking to, but local hero Tahir Bey stole the show on Thursday night.

Another excellent year of coverage at the @HoophallClassic from our SC Student Media team. I am so proud of our 16 person staff that helped put out a total of 53 online articles, 28 TV stories, and 11 audio stories/podcasts. Excited to see how the following classes carry it on!

END Q1: Xaverian 14, St. John’s Prep 7 Christian McIntyre has been in a world of his own the past few weeks, and tonight seems no different. The senior wideout for the Hawks has two touchdowns of 60+ yards already in the first 15 minutes of play.

Live from Gillette Stadium- No. 1 St. John’s Prep faces No. 3 Xaverian in the MIAA Division I Super Bowl. The two teams faced each other last week on Thanksgiving, with Xaverian winning 21-18. Should be a good one in Foxborough.
