@Deatheragon1 @ask_aubry First, being abused doesn't cause menstruation. Second, precocious puberty is becoming more common. Third, I don't care if it's for the staff, visitors, or students, it is a basic need for all facilities.

@ask_aubry I'm having a hard time digesting this (my understanding of Primary/Elementary school is Kindergarten to 2nd Grade). Why under any circumstances would a girl start her period at the ages between 4-7, unless they were being abused. Yes, I know there are women that start early.
