🏳️‍🌈 🏳️‍🌈 🏳️‍🌈 Happy Pride! 🏳️‍🌈 🏳️‍🌈 🏳️‍🌈 Creating safe and welcoming environments for queer students begins with doing the same for the teachers and staff members. Here are four concrete ways school leaders can support LGBTQ+ staff and celebrate Pride Month this June and all year round.

Earlier this May, we celebrated the conclusion of our inaugural DCPS APLA cohort by holding a breakfast for supervisors and senior leaders. We are grateful to have welcomed Dr. Drewana Bey and so many other DCPS leaders. Here's to round two this fall!
