@Sealeytools It is faulty because it leaks, rendering it useless! I purchased it direct from Sealey at the show!

@chris_chapman1 So it's not a faulty product then. We would suggest returning it to the stockist that you purchased it from at the show. Thanks.

@Sealeytools Have done, the bloke who answered went out of his way to be unhelpful and said essentially I shouldn’t have been told to call technical……so now what?

@Sealeytools Is it standard practice to send out welders like this or was your assembly line plug fitter off sick??

@Sealeytools have you used a different formula for this? It's now staining hands, clothes etc. it's awful. It's not the same consistency or colour as our previous ones either

Thank you for getting back to me. The gap in the casting between the two ridges on either side to hold the 'foot' of the puller is too wide so they splay out and it isn't helped by the misplaced drilled holes to hold the two sides. These are fundamental flaws down to the poor design of the product, which I find extremely disappointing after 20+ years buying Sealey products. We have fixed it by welding the foot to one half of the leg, so nothing for you to put right so to speak

@Sealeytools your PS900 pullers are an absolute joke which is a disgrace when they retail for around £190 + vat. Nothing seems to be square on them, holes drilled in the wrong place and when you try to put tension on them the legs just do the splits and slip off - pure junk 🤬

A few years ago it was fairly easy to get metal small parts drawers for a fairly reasonable price. Should last a lifetime. It seems everyone has stopped making them, moved over to plastic shite. Why!? @MachineMartUK @Sealeytools what happened?
