Morning Beer World. We are kegging another batch of Teuton Lager today, it was tasting rather good at the weekend on our bar. @SecondSightBrew a bit more carb than last time but still not Industrial-Lager-Fizz more like a classic German Lager.

If you are visiting Halifax, why not pop into the cafe at Calderdale Industrial Museum. We are normally only open on a Saturday, but as the Piece Hall is closed all week due to filming, we thought we would open our cafe Tuesday to Friday 10.30am to 3pm. calderdaleindustrial.co.uk

We are planning to re-brew this soon with @SecondSightBrew a hint more dry hopping, and changing it up with malt and a London Ale yeast for a more rounded well-bodied finish.
