many of these talks were organised by @SeedTalks who deserve a special acknowledgement for their efforts to bridge the gap between academics and the general public

I had the pleasure of delivering a few dozen lectures over the past couple of years on the Science of Psychedelics all across the UK, together totalling tens of thousands of general public attendees. Watching others make notes of my words is very touching; but I do the same with the words of my audiences. Hearing so many individual stories and perspectives has been wildly enriching for me as a scientist, and many times I wished my colleagues would have also heard what I did. This is why I decided to share a streamlined version of my notes on the Public Priorities in Psychedelics Research, which is now published in the Journal of Psychedelic Studies. Each talk was special in its own way, but the picture is of one with a special place in my heart - a talk my best friend from childhood travelled to the UK to attend.
