Y’ALL. I forgot the most important part. The chef does not speak English. I only knew he was confused about the flour because I took French in school.

Update: A fancy French chef has been brought in to teach our new “head chef” how to cook. Fancy Chef can’t figure out how to turn the stove on and said he “didn’t understand” how to use the flour we have. The rest of us get to keep our jobs *for now.*
