I get the sentiment but 1 Corinthians 10:13 literally says God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.

People confusing American racism for 1800s colorism is annoying me. For the record; Racism= believing some races are inherently inferior to others. Colorism= believing that some people are inferior to others based on skin color.
ⒼⓊⓂⒷⒶⓁⓁ@JLeoooooo

Sinon grandir c’est aussi comprendre que le racisme était déjà implanté dans l’animation depuis, attribué la couleur noire á un homme de la jungle qui vit comme un singe bravo

I don't say "Where are the women?" when someone shares their favourites, but surely we agree it's weird that some people keep recommending only male writers to young men? Men should also read Jane Austen, Emily Bronte, George Eliot, Flannery O'Connor, etc.
Joshua D Phillips@JoshPhillipsPhD

Young men from ages 16-29 should be reading as much Hemmingway, Steinbeck, Fitzgerald, Kerouac, and Whitman as possible Tolstoy, Dostoevsky, Shakespeare, and Dante in their 30s

@furbalurbalurb Climate change is real. It's just not the crisis you think it is. However, like 90% of the restrictive regs you think are to combat climate change are actually about air pollution, which is the crisis you think it is. And we've got it managed sort of.
