@emkey Tbf “Third World” was also used by leaders of former colonies to denote independence and sovereignty. It’s just years of foreign intervention (mainly US) ruined the term. The Indonesian nationalist Sukarno outlined ideas in his Bandung Conference speech: cvce.eu/en/obj/opening…
