Ok, earlier this week, Iran agreed to allow 20 "Pakistani" vessels to transit through the strait, but Pakistan only had 6 ships or thereabouts. So Islamabad began reaching out the world’s biggest commodity traders like Vitol & Trafigura to see if they had vessels that could transit Hormuz while temporarily sailing under a Pakistani flag.
