This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. First, you clearly confirmed that my device was replaced under the plan, and now you’re suddenly claiming there is no active coverage for the same IMEI? This is a direct contradiction and shows serious mismanagement on your end. Stop implying that I’m providing incorrect information. The issue is clearly from your system or your coordination with the brand. If this is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate this matter legally and file a formal complaint for misleading service and harassment. Resolve this properly instead of giving conflicting statements. @ServifyHQ @sreevathsap

Samsung has clearly confirmed that I have purchased a care pack from Servify and that the resolution is to be provided by your team. Despite this, you are continuously denying the existence of any active plan for the same IMEI. This contradiction is completely unacceptable. Please re-verify your records immediately and proceed with the resolution without further delay. I expect a clear and final response, not repeated copy-paste replies. First Servify said my device was already replaced (which is FALSE). Now they’re saying I don’t have an active plan. So which one is true? I’m still using my original Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 with box & IMEI proof. No bill after 2+ years, but that doesn’t erase my insurance. Hello, This claim is completely false and unacceptable. I am still using my original Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 from the day of purchase. I have the original box with matching IMEI, and I have never received any replacement device, especially not a Galaxy Z Fold 7. If your records show otherwise, then there is a serious error or misrepresentation from your end. I am ready to share full proof (device + IMEI + box) immediately. Please correct this misinformation and resolve my issue, or I will escalate this matter to consumer authorities for false claims and denial of service. @ServifyHQ @SamsungIndia @sreevathsap

@SamsungIndia never buy samsung s25 ultra as this is totally scam. Had been provided servify ADLD and given mobile to get repiared for screen change and back side change. SCREEN seems totally duplicate and back sode also looks very change than previous one. Pls suggest

Shameful experience with Servify. My Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 has a clear manufacturing defect, but they are refusing to replace it even after I paid for insurance. It’s been 2+ years since purchase. I don’t have the bill/email, but that doesn’t justify rejecting a genuine claim. Taking money for insurance and then denying support is nothing but cheating customers. Avoid Servify.
