@alsosteve @Crew3Podcast Ninjas is definitely better in the meta right now. Much higher aggression means you aren't fighting to close out a game the way that the rogues package forces you to do sometimes. I have the ninjas deck together, it's been solid

I've been making budget versions of decks from the RC, which is crazy because UW Lotus Field is probably one of the strongest decks in Pioneer but is hindered by its complexity/difficulty. A single misplay or mistake in sequencing lands can be an instant loss.

Like it or not, this is what peak deckbuilding performance looks like . . . Price checking and finalizing decklists we're bringing to SCG DC! It takes a lot of work to bring 30+ decks to loan out for free but it's definitely worth it!

It's Duskmourn release day, here's a bunch of Budget Pioneer decks because that's my entire identity as a person. Deck 1) Boros Legends, definitely not based on any of the decks that have 5-0d recently.

Please feel free to yell at me if you think these decks are bad. I'll bark at you like a dog in response because you're wrong.

Deck 5) Jund Delirium. With the release of the Wickerman, Jund midrange finally seems like it's in a good spot to make a comeback. This list uses Case of the Crimson Pulse for some additional value that synergizes with the rest of the deck. Also Thoughtseize in a budget list???

Deck 4) Soulflayer. This classic Pioneer combo has gotten some sick new tools lately, and you will probably lose to it if anyone ever decides to play it seriously. Suit up your demon with like 40 keywords and go to town.

Deck 3) Minecraft. An update to my original creation from a few sets ago, this deck combines Metalwork Colossus and 1000 moons smithy to attack for huge damage after playing the brooding control game for a bit.

Deck 2) Selesnya Little Kid. A basic Green White aggressive deck that just plays efficient creatures, and only aims to punch you in the mouth. Good for loaning out to the kiddos at FNM
