On Friday we attended the leadership council. We presented our projects to some senior trust executives & the other Councils & heard their inspiring stories too. We throughly enjoyed the afternoon & have some new ideas too. Thanks for the chocolates #ultimateULHT #teamcardiology

Last but not least is our fabulous ward clerk Nikki. Having Nikki on the team provides another valuable view point from the wider MDT. She is full of wonderful ideas and positivity. Nikki also has many connections which comes in super handy! #meettheteam #teamcardiology

Introducing David. David is currently our only HCSW on the team. His role brings wonderful insight and ideas that the nurses often forget about #meettheteam #teamcardiology

Staff nurse Abi is our newest member. After qualifying and joining us in 2019 she brings a fresh face and lots of good ideas. Completing her training @uniofeastanglia Abi brings invaluable insight and suggestions from working in other trusts #meettheteam #teamcardiology

Up today we have Jaisun. Jaisun is the Deputy Charge Nurse in CCU and clinical educator for Johnson Ward. He’s knowledge and experience is vital to our Shared Decision Council. Having band 6 staff from both cardiology wards aids our communication #meettheteam #teamcardiology

Up next is our Shared decision Council Vice-Chair Bethany. Bethany had been a staff nurse in cardiology for 6 years with an inspiring passion for quality improvement. If you need to get a job done, Bethany’s your girl! #teamcardiology #meettheteam

Up first is our council chair, Emma. Emma is the deputy sister on Cardiac short stay and has been part of the team for 6 years. Her epic organisation skills and positivity keeps our shared decision council and team @CardiacSSU going #meettheteam #teamcardiology
