OK, I think I finally figured out why Twitter can be such a shitty experience. When you tweet something, your friends read it in your voice and with all the knowledge of you. Other people read it like a document is read in court. Devoid of character and context.

My 3 year old deploys politeness as a weapon. “You need to be asleep now.” “No thank you, dadda. I am awake thank you.” And then talks to himself, half awake and half asleep, like a child in a horror movie. “No. I am Ash. I am a little boy.”

Look Queer Eye is great but of course it took a group of men to get a guy to listen to the same advice a woman's probably given him for 15 years
