@rollthestack It´s definitely a questionable way of handling anti-cheat, especially if/when vulnerabilities are found and exploited...

@Shell1nTheGhost My goodness, didnt realise they handled anti-cheat using root kits. Guess i’m not downloading the game. Weighing up a bit of fun against the risks makes it seem not worth it. Not good at fps games anyways :/

Im guessing 80% of the security course plays some sort of game, and 80% of those know of Riot Games’ new game Valorant. Time for you to flex your security skills and earn yourself $100,000!!dotesports.com/valorant/news/…

Just saw a guy in a high vis vest with security emblazoned on it and a face mask going through peoples bins in a residential block. It seemed he had a bag with him he was depositing things from the bin into. Is this normal behaviour? Or maybe dumspter diving?? #SecurityEverywhere

Went into a store today and while paying for something at the counter I was able to see the monitor for the security cameras...except it seemed none of them had vision or were turned on! Probably not something you'd want your customers knowing about #comp6441 #SecurityEverywhere

@RecursionOverf1 That if the animals themselves can escape, it doesn't give me too much hope as to the security stopping anyone breaking them out. As it is a medical research facility there could be some potentially dangerous and infective agents that would also be carried into the public sphere

@Shell1nTheGhost So what ideas/concepts/lessons would you apply from this to the penguins?

Did anyone get any funny ideas from the "stealing a penguin" activity?...7news.com.au/news/nsw/baboo…
